- That our League attracts women with varied backgrounds: homemakers, lawyers, doctors, counselors, secretaries and teachers? These multi-talented women are capable of drafting resolutions that deal with topics that concern the welfare of people. When delegates at the annual national convention adopt these resolutions, they are presented for discussion by members of the national executive to various government departments during their annual meetings. Many of these resolutions are eventually passed into law, to be acted upon by government agencies.

- The Objects of the League shall be to unite Catholic women of Canada :

- to enhance the role of women in church and society.
- to recognize the human dignity of all people everywhere.

- to contribute to the understanding and growth of religious freedom, social justice, peace and harmony.
